My Teddy Hates Me

My Teddy Hates Me is a punk story for 10-12 year olds. My son, Wil, and I are writing it together - although it is taking a very long time because Wil is very busy. The story is about a Teddy who gets sick of his owner and decides to run away. He ends up in a town with lots of other toys who have either run away or been rejected by their owners - they're all misfits, really. The teddy falls in love with a Goth Barbie doll called Brandy. She helps Teddy to become a punk rocker. But while Teddy loves her, Brandy may be leading him astray.
